I’m 12 weeks pregnant. I was already overweight when I got pregnant, but now I just want my body back. I’ve been down to 120 in high school, and before I got pregnant I was in the 180s.

I’m not very active lately. My normal activities used to be walking, running, using the elliptical at the gym, some tennis, (flag dance) colorguard, some stationary bike at the gym.

I know some of those are low impact and I already know I can walk or bike, but what about running or tennis? Any other ideas?
