What are some exercises designed to release stiffness and increase flexibility?

Well, I play tennis and I feel so stiff when serving and playing in general. I feel as if I can’t get the maximum movement of my body. I want to increase my flexibility and endurance, but how do I do that?

    Or leg stretches
