Tennis Exercise?

Is tennis a great exercise? How much does it really do for you? based on different intensities… ?

    Yes, tennis is great exercise, but only if you play singles. Please don’t think that dubs is good exercise. It’s not. I think that if you are good at tennis and hit with someone for 1and a half hours you should be good for the day. Talk to your doctor about how much exercise he/she suggests for you.
