  1. You could have carpel tunnel syndrome where the nerves that pass through your wrist to your hand become compressed due to repetitive use. This is a common problem for people who work on computers all day. As far as I know, the only remedy is surgery, but if the problem persists, you should see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

  2. You probably lie on it, or sleep with it elevated.

Its not doing any harm to you so dont worry about it. If you are getting elbow pain at your computer then you need to adjust your seating position so its correctly supporting you.

  3. Hands go numb while sleeping because of the positing you sleep in.
Sometimes it obstructs the boold flow when too much of weigh is there on any of your body part.

  4. Unfinal Rewind says:

You do not sleep in the right position.
And sometimes it causes your blood not to have a regular circulation therefore that area you do not have enough blood causing it to be dumb.

  5. it might be you are sleeping on them so starting position of your sleep should be on your back….I used to have this problem when I was younger like in my teens and as for your hurting elbows…it just means they are tired from being too long in same kinda position at your computer so dont be too long same position, what about your eyes and brain they need some break too you know
