What are the best exercises to tone your abs?

I used to be a gymnast ,but I switched over to tennis about 4 years ago. I am just looking for some good ways to get those muscles back again. Tennis doesn’t really stress that as much.

    Leg raises, regular crunches, bicycle crunches, oblique twist crunches, lower ab bent knee leg lifts, and the plank. Just make sure not too overwork them or you’ll stifle your progress and won’t see results!

    first you should do some cardio, to burn the fat off your stomach. then do sit ups, crunches lunges to shape your stomach.
