		<description>Sometimes diet and exercise basically is not sufficient, cos there will be additional weight basically sitting around in the pipes. 		<description>I don&#039;t know much about elbow injuries but my first instinct would be to tell you to do a different excercise.  Its either the excercise or the way you are doing it that is hurting you.  I don&#039;t completely understand the exercise you are describing.  It sounds like that thing Chuck Norris sells.  You would probably be best off getting into more traditional workout methods.</description>
