Try make it slowly, think about technick , for one montch make it with lower weight, give your back time to prepear for more weight. You should warm-ub before you do this exersize. When you do this exersize, then to clothe your back.

a multi-weight or “all in one” dumbell. what it is exactly are dumbells that you can select specific wights for whatever it is your going to do, this eliminates the need of buying new dumbells for various wights.

dead lifts are fuckin horbile when you 1st start of dont do what i did n go heavy straight away, i was walkin like a banana for daysss! lol

  11. minijeppe, 16 February, 2010

No it doesn´t mean anything, for most people you only have the pain in the beginning.

  12. shahzains, 17 February, 2010

@minijeppe and y is that so??

  13. minijeppe, 17 February, 2010

Nobody know for sure what is the cause of musclepain after workout, but it´s sure that musclepain has nothing to do with muscle build. The most plausible cause is that when you first start to workout your muscle cells are not used to it and then for some reason pain, myself I´ve never really had any musclepain (lucky me?). But it might “feel good” to have the pain, if you know what I mean 🙂

  14. shahzains, 17 February, 2010

    @MOR7Y07 banana realyy??

  15. MOR7Y07, 17 February, 2010

@shahzains n yer mate when i 1st started my back was grebbin for weeks ma hole back just bent a just looked a nob tryin walk a cudnt keep my back streight felt like i was bein pulled back all the time, deadlifts and calfs are the worst exercises to start of with i think lol

  16. MOR7Y07, 17 February, 2010

@minijeppe yer your rite when you 1st start exercisin for the 1st time your muscles rip more then they wud normaly so they take longer to repair but once ure muscle is getin used to rippin for it to rebuild the pain does feel good you get a nice burning feelin (Y)

  17. shahzains, 17 February, 2010

@MOR7Y07 ohh so is that the reason ur spelling is bad 😉

well thats what happened to me and still happens sometime when i do squats
    cant even walk properly

  18. minijeppe, 17 February, 2010

Well that´s just theories, nothing has been 100% proved but it´s probably right. I get the burn feel when doing exercises of course, but no pain afterwards.

  19. MOR7Y07, 17 February, 2010

yer thats what am trying to say lol when you 1st start exercising on a certain muscle what your working out on, your left in pain for a few days maybe even weeks, but once ure muscles are used to it you will just get a burnin feelin and then you dont have an after pain

  20. minijeppe, 17 February, 2010

@MOR7Y07 Well the thing is that I´ve NEVER had any pain, not even the first time, it´s different from person to person 🙂

  23. Bittersweet123, 16 May, 2010

how heavy should dumbbells be and how many times should I do this? I’m a girl who wants a stronger back, but I don’t want to be a body builder… back muscle and inner thigh are weakest muscles in most people…

  24. Nishiki83, 27 May, 2010

@Bittersweet123 the muscles in your ear are the weakest. 😉 the back does an incredible amount of work though, and it’s a good idea to keep it strong so you don’t strain it.
