Can my tennis elbow still heal while still going through the exercises on a daily basis?

I actually have developed tennis elbow through baseball. We play and practice everyday, and the pain is on the inside part of my right elbow. I throw and hit right handed, and have had the pain for about 3 months now. Is there anyway I can heal my elbow while still participating in activity everyday. Exercises?
It is on the inside of my elbow, the side closest to my body.

Tennis elbow is generally experienced on the outside of the elbow, and is usually a form of tendinitis. Treatment plans typically require rest or at least a change in activity. It’s possible that more serious issues (tearing, etc.) could develop if not treated. Your best bet would be to see a physician or, at the very least, your athletic trainer.
