  1. you simply need to develop another way to stroke your guitar;; your tennis elbow is caused by the improper way you function with that arm;; you are demanding too much to the muscles in your forearm with the present way you are holding the guitar, or using it to play;; this includes trhe wrist & hand too..just plain causing you to guard too much @ your elbow;; try training, in both PT & guitar playing…good luck!!

  2. Hi what you need to be doing is strenghtening your tendons and ligaments so that they can support your "repetitive movement".

    The best ones come from the martial arts and are usually done without machines or other fancy gadgets, focusing mostly on isometric exercises.
