Why does elbow hurt after pitching?

Whenever i start to warm up after like a few throws i feel that my elbow kinda hurts. and then when i finish pitching my elbow hurts. as in i cant barely lift anything with it until like a day or two! is this normal? am i pitching wrong? please help?

    quite throwing breaking balls and curve balls. it puts a lot of stress on your elbow. strengthen your elbow joints and forearm muscles….

    Speaking from personal experience, you may be throwing way too hard too quickly. I used to get the same pain when I would throw hard without a decent warm up. Do not throw hard until your arm feels comfortable after some soft toss.

    Yes, something is wrong. Pain is your body saying, "Hey pal, stop that! You need to take some time off. Rest well and then come back with some strengthening exercises. One never wants to stop. But if you don’t now, you will pay for it in the spring. Skip "fall ball". But hit the strengthening program and running and weights hard, after it feels better. Then you will probably be great in the spring. Keep pitching and you will need cut on in spring.
