Why does my elbow joint hurt after I lift weights?

i lift wieghts the next day my elbow joints hurt
my biceps dont hurt at all just my elbows
why does thiss happen?

    When you lift, you might be putting too much stress on your elbow joint since your elbows are needed to lift weights. Try to lessen the amount of weight you use to lift. Either that or lessen the amount of reps you perform. In the meantime, ice the elbow joint and give it some time to heal.
