    First stop doing the exercise that caused your tennis elbow, give your body some rest.

    1. Take Omega 3 supplement such as Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil
    2. Put some ice where it hurts for 20 minutes time, several times a day.
    3. Use an ACE bandage
    4. Do streching exercises to increase tendon strenght.

    The most common cause for tennis elbow is squeezing too hard on the racket. Without having seen you swing, I would guess this is the case. Relax your hand throughout your swing and squeeze only at contact.
