You can fix it through regular (daily) stretches and exercises. If you have an iPhone there’s an app for that called iTennisElbow. http://tinyurl.com/itenniselbow Don’t know how good it is though…

Take care of it, ice it down after every session. Wear an brace when you practice or use it alot for sports or work. Usually from hyper extension, extending it more than it should.

Consult your doctor and get an x-ray perhaps they can tell you vital information that could help solve this chronic pain you have. I have dealt with people who had a deformity for almost their whole life. They never went to get an X-ray untill they have to…

    A true story:

One day a man come into my hospital I work at with knee pain.. He said he had this pain all his life since he was a kid, (he roughly 45 as I remember) He finally came in for an X-ray because he banged his knee the other day and HAD to come in for an X-ray. To our amazement his patella was out of place and gradually discintegrated as it was rubbing against the wrong places and constant pressure in the wrong places. He finally got surgery and has never had the pain ever since.

I RICEd it for about two months, and watched the way I was throwing (I tend to lead with my elbow when throwing in softball) and got a note out of PE 😀

My friend got hers to go away with cortisone? shots into the elbow.

My friend and I also have elbow braces. You can buy these at Target, Wal Green, Wal Mart, CVS, etc.

My hubby had tennis elbow that was pretty bad. He tried the icing, wearing an elbow brace, anti-inflammitories etc. It was impossible for him to rest it because of his job. The Dr finally gave him a cortisone shot. That was about 18 years ago. He was problem free for 17 years. Last summer it came back. Luckily it was his time to retire, and with not using his arm it went away after a couple of months.
