Tennis Elbow Pain Since Last Month?

I have been having elbow pain for about a month now. It is getting better daily but it is also so annoying.

I got it by playing tennis. I dont really think its tennis elbow because its not the muslce that hurts its the actual elbow part(inner elbow, where for most of the people its weak).

It’s getting really annoying.

    well u need to take immediate action with it..
    see a chropractor to get it adjusted

    and take a trioflex supplment from GNC.. it has chrondrotion and Glucsome, and MSM… so it rebuilds the injury and helps cartilage, ligaments, tendons.. etc

    A lot of the time the strings you are playing with will add a lot of strain to the elbow. Be very careful if you are playing with polyester strings, as these will have the greatest effect on your elbow. I would recommend playing with synthetic gut, or, if possible, natural gut.

    Also, if you have already pulled the muscle, there is not really much to do except rest it. But remember, playing with polys will give you that soreness in your elbow/upper arm area.
