    your going to need to get it adjusted a few times by chropractor
    and also u need to take a supplment called Chrondrotion/glucosome… it helps the ligaments. and connective tissue, and joints.

    Rest is the best thing for it, i’m sorry to say. That and ice after exercise, then heat later on. I developed it and golfers elbow at the same time a little while ago from using too much topspin with an incorrect grip and had to give myself about 3 months off tennis with only light weights as exercise. Played the first time in 3 months a couple of days ago and it seems much better. But other than rest, try a cooling product such as deep freeze, or you could use an elbow support. They won’t cure it but they will stop the pain. But seriously, take some time off first to let it heal a bit.

    Tennis Elbow is basically severely strained ligaments. The true cure is TIME.

    You can use anti-inflammatory treatment like ice, or Naprosin (marketed as Alieve), but all this does is help the body heal faster, you still have to WAIT. My doctor put me on a double dose of Naprosin for a week, but be careful, this stuff eats up your stomach.

    You should take the strain off the arm by using an arm band. Did you already buy one? If not go to a local tennis shop, they will have a selection.

    The underlying problem is why you got tennis elbow. The main causes are a poor backhand form (solution – take lessons), or too small a racquet grip, or just too much tennis. And after it heals, get a simple arm band and always use it.

    Tennis elbow should not be left untreated or else it will get worse. Every time the arm is used, the pain will recur.
