Question For People Who’ve Had Tennis Elbow?

I was working out and then I got tennis elbow andIi had to stop for about 2 months. My elbow’s have recovered enough that I rarely get any pain and I was wanting to come back to working out.

Can anyone help with a workout routine to get me started, what to do to avoid getting it again, and what rep ranges I need to use?

    you need to brisk walk or jog, swimming is great because you get resistance without all the strain, if you continue with original routine you will develop tennis elbow again. any repetitive motions that you did before will reoccur so be careful not to repeat, try alternating movements so not so much repetitive motion. hope this helped. good luck 🙂
