		<description>You can have tendinitis in either the insertion down at the back of the elbow or at the origin up in the back of the shoulder. Tendinitis is caused by overuse with poor mechanics. Having tight muscles can also contribute to a tendinitis. I would recommend that you do some stretching for the triceps and see if that helps. If not then you should have a professional examine your swing mechanics to determine if there is something in your swing that could be causing this.</description>
