It is a heat rash.

Every one will have this to happen at one point or another.

All this means is.... when you are exercising, your body is sweating alot but you are still getting too hot on the inside so your body produces these little bumps where your body is the hottest so it can ventilate.

You can scratch them and water will come out and actually some doctors recommend scratching them.

I would try taking an anti-inflammatory before you work out, and also drink lots of water, that used to happen to me

do the bumps have pus or anything liek that in them? or are they just red and irritated? do you shave your entire arm (i do haha) or not? if you do shave your entire arm, all the sweat, heat, and any skin care products you may have on you (lotions, creams, especially ones with glitter), along with just plain ole dust will cause breakouts. even if you dont shave your arms, that could still happen.

hmm...well, i have had heat rash before. im not sure if this is what you have, but what i do to treat it is:

1. i clean the area with soap and water (actually i just take a warm shower)

2. then i dry the area really well with a soft towel (pat dry, dont rub)

3. after, i try to stay cooled down (after all, heat rash is exactly what it sounds like: a rash caused by heat)

4. if itchy, you can put on some sort of anti itch lotion.

5. after all that, i just sit down, and relax. usually, the bumps are gone by the next day.
