		<description>I suggest you give the elbow as much time as possible to heal &amp; then use an elbow brace for support. Also, when using an elbow brace, make sure its not too tight when you start playing as your arm will expand due to exercising &amp; could cause more problems.

		<description>Forgot what this was called but baseball players also have this... its the constant bending of the elbow that causes their problem. Get it checked out by your athletic trainer or possibly a doctor. Dont let a hill become a mountain.</description>

		<description>the best thing to do is take a supplment with chrondrotin and glucosamine in it.. because that helps it heal.. and u should also see a chropractor for a few sessions, they can adjust it and loosen it out..

i know this because i had it done myself.. </description>
