lateral epicondylitis / Tennis elbow?
I suffer Tennis elbow for more than 2 years now. I have tried 2 different type of therapies (physio, cortisone injection) but it do not help. I also have a brace under my elbow when I play Badminton. It absorbs the tension….it helps but the pain still there. I appreciate if you can share with me how you cure your tennis elbow. Please do not cut and paste any article from the internet. I want to hear your own experience.
thanks

I’m a therapist and clients tell me that Paraffin therapy, massage and simple stretching exercises help a lot. Seek out a well-educated massage therapist. Also, there are two books – Ben E. Benjamin’s "Listen to your Pain" and the Trigger-Point Therapy workbook are excellent references.
I have suffered from tennis elbow for a year or more. I tried lots of things, but i found out about prolotherapy on the web and decided to give it a try. Research prolotherapy

Just after one treatment, my joints that i had treated are 30% better. My elbows felt very fragile all the time. They clicked and popped and when i would get out of bed in the morning, i would have intense pain. Its been 4 weeks since i got my first treatment (going back this friday to get my 2nd) and my elbows are feeling ALOT better!
Give it a try and see how it feels. I gaurentee it will be the best thing you can do to cure yourself of this problem!
Good luck!
