When you have slight tear of tendon (tennis elbow) does it repair itslef even stronger like muscle?
I think I have either tendonitis or tennis elbow. That being said, if the pain in my elbows is from a slight tear in them, when it heals, will it be stronger than before or will this be a recurring problem from now on everytime i lift?

Because it heals with scar tissue. This is not as strong or pliable as regular tendon tissue. The body can remodel bone after it heals, but scar tissue is another matter.
Rest it. It might take a long time to heal.
