My left arm hurts. Near the shoulder, bicep, inside the elbow and part of the forearm? Do I have tennis elbow?

I don’t know what I did. I can’t twist it, turn it, stretch it, or put pressure on it. It hurts like hell. What can I do to make it heal better. I don’t know if I pulled it, strained it, or hyper-extended it. Help me please

I’m not a Dr. but I do have tennis elbow and yes it does sound like you have it. The best treatment for this is to wear a splint that compresses between the forearm and elbow. And you can also take Aleve which is awesome for this. You can get the splint from your family physician. For sure make an appointment with the doc asap.

Over the summer I was doing alot of yard work and used a chainsaw several times. My arm killed me to the point it would numb with sharp pain. I would take 2 aleve and wear the splint and was fine within 15-30 minutes.

    Good Luck!!

I am not a doctor. But I am quite sure that it tennis elbow. Consult a physiotherapist.
