Tennis Elbow?

The muscle near my elbow, a little farther down, has been hurting recently. I think it might be because my racket grip is a bit too small or because my backhand timing is bad, or both. Do you think i have tennis elbow? If so, how do i cure it? Can i still play tennis? How long will it take to cure?

maybe you’re just straining too hard, if you have it, it’s probably hard to cure, but possible

If you do not stretch enough you can get tennis elbow. I’m not sure how to cure it. I believe that it will be hard for you to play tennis if you have tennis elbow. You could ask a doctor about it or taklk to your coach if you are on a team.

i am not sure if i had a full blown tennis elbow.. but what helped me was when i went to see the chopractor and had my elbow adjusted… i went about 10 – 12 sessions.. and i also took a supplment called trioflex.. it preserves the joints, tendons and ligaments… its got chronditrion , msm and glucsomaine.. i advise u to pick some up.. i still take it

When I met my girlfriend it was just after a game and she pointed to the bulge in my shorts. "what’s that?" When I said "tennis ball" she cringed and said how she felt sorry for me because she had tennis elbow once…

I know that doesn’t help but thought it might alleviate the pain for a second…
