		<description>If you do not stretch enough you can get tennis elbow. I&#039;m not sure how to cure it. I believe that it will be hard for you to play tennis if you have tennis elbow. You could ask a doctor about it or taklk to your coach if you are on a team.</description>

		<description>i am not sure if i had a full blown tennis elbow.. but what helped me was when i  went to see the chopractor and had my elbow adjusted... i went about 10 - 12 sessions.. and i also took a supplment called trioflex.. it preserves the joints, tendons and ligaments... its got chronditrion , msm and glucsomaine.. i advise u to pick some up.. i still take it</description>
