the best way to relieve or prevent tennis elbow is to strengthen the muscle. so my advice would be to get a gripper (type of wrist and forearm exerciser) from walmart or target or sports store and use it as much as you can. It is great to use while watching TV. also…ice it down each night to keep the inflammation down.

anal sex isnt a bad idea too.

If you pulled or tore something it would be apparent, you would not be likely to continue. Most likely you have what is commonly referred to as ‘tennis elbow.’ For starters, I suggest laying off for a while, since your already in pain using a heating pad while relaxing. Then when you start back, ice after every session. But, for the problem of continued results of tennis elbow, I suggest that it is caused by gripping the racket two hard. When playing grip the racket with only the three bottom fingers, using thumb and index only as guides. Relaxing between striking the ball. As you strike the ball, slightly or gently squeeze the racket with the three fingers so as not to lose the racket.

Try that, it helped me alot when I started playing tennis 33 years ago. I’ve never had a problem again.

well see a doctor… rest it for a little but (playing on it will make it hurt more)
    in the mean time..
-ICE (not just when it hurts, but right after you play)
-ICY HOT/MINERAL ICE: while you play, it is not so much helping but it makes you feel better and numb the pain while you play
-HEAT: after icing.. at night put a heating pad or something warm on to it.. you will feel relief and it will help the elbow relax before sleep
-ELASTIC SLEEVE: try a wrap or medical sleeve that will resist uneeded movement from the elbow
-ADVIL: these will help take away the pain

Hope your elbow feels better 😉

common tennis elbow is caused by bad form or habit when swinging or serving. bad form is very common because there is numerous ways to hit a shot. my recommendation is to make each shot and especially the serve as simple as possible so that muscles are not stressed before impact. the less you have to do, less things can go wrong. i’ve noticed people outswinging serves and looping all sorts of strokes which are unnecessary. being comfortable is more important than having a big swing!
