You should definitely go see your doctor about helping with the soreness. I don’t think you’re totally out of luck because in tennis power is always a good thing but if you can get to the ball and hit in a spot that’s hard for your opponent to get to then you don’t have to exert yourself as much to get the point.
My suggestion would be just to go see your doctor and ask him what the problem is, but you could still be a good tennis player.
you can strengthen your grip, and i have the same problems when i do tricep pulldowns more than 140 lbs. havent figured out how to get rid of it, but i still do fine in tennis.
Try seeing you’re doctor about it. Otherwise, just don’t even think about cracking your knuckles. It helps me.
consult a doctor to be sure and to prevent possible complications…just take it easy…God Bless!
It has been said by experts that there is nothing wrong or harmful with cracking your knuckles, but there is a caution against doing it because it could cause a loss of flexibility or fluidness in your joints. And with tennis, you really have a great need for strong bones and joints.
