I had Tennis Elbow over a year ago. It was very painful before I started taking the anti-inflammatory. I was fitted for a brace that looked like a strap that went across my forearm just below my elbow. It was to keep the tendon in place while it healed. It took approximately one year to heal and I'm good as new.

Ouch! I suffer from chronic tennis elbow. I have had it for about 14 years. Thankfully, I have short spurts without pain, but sometimes just lifting my phone or positioning in bed causes severe pain.
I have recently found a couple of products that have helped more than anything else has ever worked. (I've been in a severe flare lately) Try Soothex http://tinyurl.com/2mbku4 Use this product after you get out of a hot shower or wrap elbow in a heating pad. It was designed for professional athletes to use during games and workouts, so it reacts with heat and open pores.
Also, I have increased my daily doses of two other AdvoCare products - Catalyst http://tinyurl.com/2zrjvo (for tissue and muscles) and Joint Promotion http://tinyurl.com/2ymc2z (for joints and joint lubrication) These three products don't cure the problem, but they certainly help the symptoms and the duration of the flare!
