It appears from time to time. When I’m carrying a lot of things from Wall Mart for example . I tried almost everything, but pain have to gone without any medicaments.

I had Tennis Elbow over a year ago. It was very painful before I started taking the anti-inflammatory. I was fitted for a brace that looked like a strap that went across my forearm just below my elbow. It was to keep the tendon in place while it healed. It took approximately one year to heal and I’m good as new.

Ouch! I suffer from chronic tennis elbow. I have had it for about 14 years. Thankfully, I have short spurts without pain, but sometimes just lifting my phone or positioning in bed causes severe pain.
I have recently found a couple of products that have helped more than anything else has ever worked.
