		<description>You may have torn the tendon attachment when moving object..called acute or traumatic lateral epicondylitis..now with useage it hurts..the treatment is the same.Ice 3 x day x 3-4 days then moist heat then can alt ice/heat.Try an elbow strap with air-pillow on it. advil,biofreeze gel...stop or decrease activity...If not better in 4 wks see a provider

		<description>If you haven&#039;t done repeatative motions, then it isn&#039;t repeatitive stress syndrome.  Sounds like you pulled a tendon.  There are no nerves in your bones - it if hurts &quot;in your bones&quot; it&#039;s probably your mind playing tricks on you, misinterpreting the true source of the pain.  Your tendons do attach to the bones (or is that ligaments?).

I don&#039;t think there is much you can do besides rest it.  If the tendon is torn, you&#039;d need surgery to fix it, which isn&#039;t in your price range.  Maybe fix yourself up a sling, more to keep yourself from trying to use it too much?</description>
