When you were pregnant were your joints sore?
My ankles, wrists, knees, and elbows are soooooo sore!!!!! I just woke up with this and it’s driving me nuts. Also I know its ok to take tylenol for headaches but can you take it for aches and pains 2?

Yes you can take tylenol for aches and pains. During my 2 nd pregnancy I noticed some more aches and pains. My hips were the worse - at the end of my pregnancy I had to sleep on a blow up mattress because it was easier on my hips then the regular bed. Good Luck.
It’s safe to take tylenol throughout your pregnancy. Just don’t exceed the maximum amount in 24 hours. I’m assuming you are farther along in your pregnancy than I am(27 weeks)…you will def. experience joint soreness because of all that extra weight and fluid retension. Limit your salt intake until you have the baby…other than that, you might find it relaxing/soothing to take a warm(not hot) bath or jacuzzi bath.
