Sometimes a massage just won’t get it,,and if you don’t have insurance to go to the doctor chances are you don’t have the $60-$100 for a massage,,,, here are a few links that can actually help you

You should get a massage. It sounds like your muscle tissue is tight which then constricts all nerves and blood vessels. This can cause pain and discomfort in your joints.

You should have the therapist concentrate on your back, neck and shoulders. Alot of the time this problem, or similar ones, start in the neck.

Developing a good stretching routine and being aware of your body posture will help as well.
    Good luck!

Depression might have something to do with it.
Feeling depressed can affect the mind and body. If your feeling $hitty, your body will show signs of feeling like this.
Try solving whatever may be bothering you.
…Now, depression might not be the case of your description.
You may have just done something that your body doesn’t agree on.
    Try catching up on sleep.
For sore joints, buy soothing-minty ointment. It will deeply penetrate and numb the pains.
Seek medical help if things worsen.
