i need help with soap notes massage therapy for tennis elbow ASAP?
the client is 32 year old woman with pain on her upper extremity,writes a lot and play rackets sports,pain is when she is shaking hands and flexion of the hand at the wrist joint and swelling is notable outside the elbow.I will apreciate your help,thank you!!!

By soap notes, I assume you mean the memnonic S.O.A.P which is used by a lot of medical and paramedical professions to organize the way the chart is written
S (subjective). What the patient complains of. "my arm hurts when I do this.
O (objective) what you find on exam. "tenderness over the lateral epicondyle exacerbated by pronation against resistance"
A (assessment) basically your diagnosis…"tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis"
P (plan) the course of treatment. "rest, ice, antiinflammatories, physiotherapy"
I have the same thing and for years didn’t know what to do. Found out to stay away from peppers of all kinds and acid foods like tomato’s. She will need to drink more water to flush her system and find an use naproxen, but remember the water.

Only you can write the soap notes depending on what you found in the clients condition and what massage you did where etc.
Most arm and hands things also have a big relationship to the alignment of the neck and shoulder.
