What is the best anti inflammatory to take for tennis elbow?
I hurt my arm by digging post holes and planting trees this past fall. Doctor told me to take 2 Aleve twice a day. Problem is I can’t sleep after taking Aleve , wake up about 1:00 AM and can’t go back to sleep. Is this common with any one else? What can I take?

I would try Arcoxia,( etoricoxib) which is a really powerful but fast acting anti inflammatory. This is faster acting and gives better pain relief than Ibuprofen or volatorol.
I tried it for a sporting injury I had playing golf, and the pain and most of the inflammation I had, went away within an hour.
Hope this helps.

Steve
Motrin!
Voltaren is good as long as you don’t have a bleeding problem.
I like Ibuprofen. It can be purchased as generic Ibuprofen, and is also in Motrin and Advil. It is cheaper to just look for store brands labeled Ibuprofen.
u should be taking IBOPROFEUN… that will help with the inflamation.. and u should be taking that before u play tennis
u should also be taking a supplment called TRIOFLEX.. it has chrondrotion and glucosome in it… it helps with the ligments and tendons, connective tissue…
so u need that… it repairs the damage..
i take it myself
