This is a repetitive use injury, and is the result of swelling. The best thing for this is to rest it and not use it as much as possible.
If you don’t want to rest it, you can use ICE for the pain, and Ibuprofen to help with the swelling.
There is PT that will also work, but it should be supervised.
Tennis elbow totally sucks. i had it as a volleyball player and it hurt a lot! My brtoher (a tennis player) and my dad would also get it too. If it is really serious you probaly want to consider surgery. If not maybe therapy. When i got it it wasn’t very serious. i would ice it a lot. it really helps. also, what i found really helpful was stretching it. what you do i hold you arm out in front of you flex ur wrist down for i little bit and up. if you can’t feal a stretch use ur other hand to pull ur other hand down further. i dont know if i made ne sense but it helped soooo much for me!!!
