    There is a special wrap you put on your arm, it really helps. Look at a medical supply store, they’ll know what it is.

    rest, then strengthen the supporting muscles around it (forearm)

    rest and icing the elbow. that is the most aggressive treatment you should expect for it. otherwise you can rest it never healing properly.

    you have to rest it until it doesn’t hurt anymore. ice it for 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off for an hour 2 or 3 times a day. then carefully stretch it and keep a wrap on it while gently tossing underhand, then progress to easy throwing overhand; take it slow and good luck!

    Why do you have a tennis question in the baseball category? Just joking! The best way to get rid of TE is to: rest it, put ice on it, carefully flex it, and if the problem still persists, consult your doctor. You may have torn or hyper-extended tendons!
