I’m a pretty regular disc golfer for almost 2 years, about 2-3 times per week. I’ve had some on again off again pain in my forearm below my elbow. Today I hurt it big time playing. I have free range of motion in my arm without pain, the pain is weight bearing related. I cannot push down with my hand without searing, dull pain all around the thickest part of my forearm.

The closest thing to compare the pain to is if your arm was wrenched the wrong way in an arm bar hold. There is no swelling nor bruising, I can move my fingers and hand freely, no numbness, just godawful pain when I push down or rest it with only my hand supporting the arm. It seems to be more along the ulna bone rather then the radius. Does that sound like tendonitis, bone bruise, tendon/ligament pull? It didn’t sound like tennis elbow but I’m not ruling anything out.

What does this sound like and what should I do about it? I’ve already started the R.I.C.E regiment but other ideas would be nice, especially preventative/rehab related. Thanks.

So, Mike took him to a Diagnostic Computer that printed Joe’s problem exactly.
It printed

"You have tennis elbow.
Soak your arm in warm water
Avoid heavy activity.
It will improve in two weeks"

Joe thought of fooling the computer so he mixed some tap water,a stool sample from his dog, urine samples from his wife and daughter, and a sperm sample for good measure and poured it into the machine. The machine printed these

1. Your tap water is too hard.Get a water softener.
2. Your dog has ringworm.Bathe him with anti-fungal shampoo.
3. Your daughter has a cocaine habit.Get her into rehab.
4. Your wife is pregnant.Twins.They aren’t yours.Get a lawyer.
5. If you don’t stop playing with yourself, your elbow will never get better.

Hi guys,
I am having a little bit of problem with my macbook. The story is, I downloaded a game called tennis elbow a month ago. It has a trial period of 14 days, when the trial expired, I deleted the game and all its related files (i am sure about this cuz they’re all in the same folder). I redownloaded it from Safari and launched it, it says my trial version is over. So I assumed that the computer remembered that I have downloaded the game and does not let me play it anymore.

the questions is: How can I erase the record or whatever that stores the information that i’ve downloaded the game before??

I dont play tennis or do anything but type and use a mouse and do normal activities. I do occasionally do some light weight workouts but that’s even hard, now. How much rest is actually needed. I don’t want to lose muscle tone.

www.FreeGuideToSecrets.com Tennis Elbow Symptoms Just because you don’t play tennis, or any racquet sport for that matter, doesn’t mean you can’t develop tennis elbow. In fact, 95% of all cases are people who aren’t tennis players. People between the ages of 35 and 55 are the most commonly affected by tennis elbow. Unfortunately, many people just think that it is just the aches and pains of getting older. This can be a problem. If you ignore the symptoms, they can worsen. If you wait too long, by the time you actually go to a doctor, it can take years to fix. Financially it can take a toll as well, as you find yourself handing over hundreds of dollars to find a cure. So before you wake up and can’t stretch your arm out or open the door on your own, here are some symptoms you should look out for. At first, you may just feel a little tender in the elbow area. From there, it may progress to the forearm, where the muscles start to feel tight. Unfortunately, this is one of those injuries that will get worse without treatment. So if you start to get symptoms similar to this, rather than just ignore them, have them looked at. The worst thing that can happen is it turns out you are fine. I was walking down the front steps(dreaming), I slipped and hit the floor with my back. (thankfully, I didn’t hit the steps)

My right arm took most of the impact. The wrist hurts a little bit, but thats not a big thing, it will go away. BUT the back of my right elbow looks like it has a large tennis ball attached to it. and it hurts bad.

I am not able to stretch my arm more than 150Degrees (people can, upto 180 degrees) or below 40 degrees. My right palm cant touch the right shoulder. Every time I move it closer to the shoulder, it gives me a terrible streak of pain from the tip of my fingers to the neck. Can’t write or type properly, how do you get rid of the pain and swelling?

I can pick up things but not more than 3 books.

(First aid: Deep Heat & Elmetacin Spray Solutions)

CANT DRIVE with this on my hand. midnight. hospital too far away. maybe in the morning. but not now. Anything for the pain?

I see the danger with YA now, dont know if medical solutions here are the right thing to do. bloody steps. ah. ouch ouch ouch.

sorry some are a little long, but well worth it!

Diagnosis

One day, Pete complained to his friend, "My elbow really hurts. I guess I should see a doctor."

His friend said, "Don’t do that. There’s a computer at the drug store that can diagnose anything quicker and cheaper than a doctor.

Simply put in a sample of your urine, and the computer will diagnose your problem and tell you what you can do about and it will only costs you .00."

Pete figured he had nothing to lose, so he filled a jar with a urine sample and went to the drug store. Finding the computer, he poured in the sample and deposited the .00.

The computer started making some noise and various lights started flashing. After a brief pause, out popped a small slip of paper which read:

1. You have tennis elbow.
2. Soak your arm in warm water, avoid heavy labor.
3. It will be better in two weeks…….

That evening while thinking how amazing this new technology was and how it would change medical science forever, he began to wonder if this computer could be fooled.

He decided to give it a try. He mixed together some tap water, a stool sample from his dog, and urine samples from his wife and daughter. To top it off, he masturbated into the concoction.

He went back to the drug store, located the computer, poured in the sample and deposited the .00. The machine again made the usual noises, flashed its alights, and printed out the following analysis:

1. Your tap water is too hard.
2. Get a water softener.
3. Your dog has ringworm.
4. Bathe him with anti-fungal shampoo.
5. Your daughter is using cocaine.
6. Put her in a rehabilitation clinic.
7. Your wife is pregnant ……. twin girls. They aren’t yours. Get a lawyer.
8. And if you don’t stop masturbating, your elbow will never get better

Pee By Number

A mother taught her son to go to the bathroom by the numbers.

"1. Open your fly. 2. Take out your equipment. 3. Pull back the skin. 4. Do your business. 5. Let the skin forward. 6. Stow your equipment. 7. Close your fly."

She checked on him often to make sure he had learned his lesson, and each time heard him through the outhouse door saying, "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. 7."

She was pleased with his progress until that day when she passed the bathroom door and heard, "3-5, 3-5, 3-5."

Monkey stuff

A guy walks into a bar with his pet monkey. He orders a drink and while he’s drinking it the monkey is running wild. The monkey jumps up on the pool table and grabs the cue ball, sticks it in his mouth and swallows it whole.

The bartender is livid and says to the guy, "Did you see what your monkey just did?"

"No. What did that stupid shit do this time?" says the patron.

"Well, he just swallowed the cue ball off the pool table, whole" says the bartender.

"Yeah, well I hope it kills the fucker because he’s been driving me nuts" says the patron.

The guy finishes his drink and leaves.

Two weeks later he comes back with the monkey. He orders a drink and the monkey starts running wild around the bar again. While the man is drinking his drink, the monkey finds some peanuts on the bar. He grabs one, sticks it up his ass, then pulls it out and eats it. The bartender is disgusted.

"Did you see what your monkey did now?" he asks.

"What now?" responds the patron. "Well, he stuck a peanut up his ass, then pulled it out and ate it" says the bartender.

"Well, what do you expect?" replied the patron. "Ever since he ate that damn cue ball he measures everything first!!!"

Firm Believer

One morning while making breakfast, a man walked up to his wife and pinched her on her butt and said, "You know if you firmed this up we could get rid of your girdle." While this was on the edge of intolerable, she thought, and replied with silence.

The next morning the man woke his wife with a pinch on the tit and said,"You know if you firmed these up we could ge rid of your bra."

This was beyond a silent response, so she rolled over and grabbed him by the dick. With a death grip in place she said, "You know if you firmed this up we could get rid of the postman, the gardener, the pool man and your brother.

The Spoon!

A man and his wife were in a fancy resturant. While ordering, they noticed that the waiter had a spoon in his shirt pocket, and after looking around, they observed the other waiters and busboys each had a similar spoon. So the husband says, "what’s with the spoon?"
The waiter said,"well, we had this company come in and evaluate our time management and they found that people drop their spoon 74.8% more often than any other utensil. So if we carry one with us, we can reduce the trips back to the kitchen by 3 hours per shift.
The husband was impressed. Sure enough, he dropped his spoon during dinner and the waiter replaced it with his, stating, "I’ll just get another when I go to the kitchen for something else". While ordering dessert, the husba
noted that the waiter had a very thin string hanging from the fly of his pants, as did the other waiters, so the husband asks, " hey, there’s a string on your pants". The waiter tells him, " not all my customers are as observant as you… the same company found that we can reduce the amount of time spent in the bathroom by 2 hours each shift if we tie a string around the end of you-know-what, and when we have to go we just unzip and pull it out with the string completely eliminating the need to wash up and saving time." The husband was impressed, but asked, " it’s a good idea but how do you get it back in your pants?".
The waiter leaned close and whispered, " well I don’t know about the rest of them, but personally I use the spoon."

sorry about that lol
