I used to be a gymnast ,but I switched over to tennis about 4 years ago. I am just looking for some good ways to get those muscles back again. Tennis doesn’t really stress that as much.
I have been having problems with my left elbow. I have be having shocking sensations from my elbow going up to my shoulder… and my tendon on the right side of my elbow is sore all the time. its not sore direct on the right side but on the right side and on the inner half of the elbow… what is this? and what can i do to make it go away ?
please help me. my hair is curly/ wavy and it is abut 2 or 3 inches past my shoulder. but it doesnt reach my boobs yet (probably b/c theyre hardly there..] (im 14 btw).

So, I’ve been working out and using resistance bands. I do think I’ve pulled a muscle in my elbow. It isn’t like extremely painful, but it’s sore. How can I get it to feel better?
No matter what, i can’t serve. I don’t want an answer like "practice". I’m asking for exercises that can develop the muscles used to serve. Exercises that help control my raquet while serving are preferable.

i sometimes wake up with a my hands so numb that it hurts, and recently when i spend long time on the computer my elbows also hurt why does this happen and what should i do?
On Wednesday, I worked out for the first time in a couple months. I didn’t stretch very well afterwards because I was in a hurry. Yesterday I was pretty sore as expected, but this morning the muscles around my elbows are killing me. I can’t even extend my arms all the way out.
First of all, how do I know if it’s just sore or if I actually hurt myself?
Second, what is a good way to deal with this? Do I try stretching a bit now, or will that hurt it more? Will pain killers help until my muscles heal?
i’m 19 i played a year of college tennis and currently i’m coaching for high school. On saturdays we (me and the head coach) open the courts and let the kids play sets and have a practice that is pretty much only fun and not so much work so the kids can really learn to love the sport. anyways i woke up at 7 today and started hitting at 8 with my little brother then i went and rallied with a few other groups so i could help them out a little bit. I then played one of the high school kids in singles and i played pretty hard and i felt great. Then i took about a 10 minute rest and had some gatorade then another one of the kids wanted to play me in a set and even though i was a little tired i agreed. We played and played and it was much closer than it should have been. the whole time my legs started hurting and i have never been that slow in a match before. i finished the set around 12:40 then i went home, showered, then napped for a few hours. Now my knees are hurting in the joints and they have never hurt like this before. my elbow also hurts in the joint but it has been hurt a few times.
why do i hurt like this?

I used to play tennis twice a week and soccer on saturdays, but i had to stop because it was getting in the way of things. Now i put on some weight, and I can’t go back to my regular schedule of tennis and soccer.

We’re in middle school and he always pretends to touch me on accident, always try to get near me, and goes out of class when I do. Hes been doing it for the past 2 months. He already has a girlfriend but then why is he doing this?
3 days ago when I was standing behind him he put his hand on my butt and I heard him laughing. His hands always brush past my butt.
The next day he came to sit next to me and touched me thigh with his thigh and kept rocking it back and forth and he always elbowed my sides or touched my arm. I have recently joined the gym and started using some of the arm machines. I am used to the soreness associated with leg muscles and abs as I have worked them out many times in the past. My arms have not had so much attention. I did some bicep curls on a machine not free weights, and some tricep stuff as well as upper back and shoulders. Now I did this day before yesterday. Yesterday my triceps were sore and as the day went on my shoulder started to get so stiff I couldn’t really lift it. Then this morning my shoulder was fine but now my biceps are so sore that they hurt when my arms are in any sort of position, whether I’m using them or not. Is this normal for being sore on the upper body? Persistant pain? Because lower body I notice only really hurts when you are using the muscle or stretching. I did stretch after my exercises. My biceps hurt the most just above the elbow joint and seem swollen as well. Is there some common mistake people make on those machines I might not know?
