What are the symptoms of tennis elbow? How do you get it? How do you get rid of it?
do u think that an armsleeve might actually help if i hav a sore elbow
Well I went to work today & as I was getting up from the couch we have at my work place, I stretched out my arm & a sharp pain occurred in my elbow. I didn’t hear a pop & I can move it, but when I open my arm to reach for something the pain comes back for about two seconds. I don’t think i broke it because the pain is bearable & I can move it. It feels kind of like a pinching but a little harder on the inside. But if anyone know how to make the pain go away or the cause of the pain; please reply. I’m not overweight, but I don’t exercise much.
i want to remove a wart on my elbow it is puffy round and pinkish. i am searching for the lease painful one.

I need to design a 45 degree elbow and a 90 degree elbow. In the 45 degree elbow, I am using 6 inch round steel, with 2 angles (3 pieces) (twice the radius). In the 90 elbow, I am using 20 inch round steel, three times the radius, and 4 angles (5 pieces).
What are the degrees and lengths? How did you find it?

I’ve had this same size lump for three days now. It’s hard to the touch, peanut sized, sore when you push on it slightly, and feels like muscle soreness shooting up all the way from the site to my armpit when I put pressure on my hand. There’s no redness and I haven’t been sick with a fever or anything. What’s the possible diagnosis?

www.FreeGuideToSecrets.com Tennis Elbow First-Aid Treatment By far the best method to cure tennis elbow is by being proactive to what causes the condition. Then we can immediately treat the first signs of injury with the RICE method. RICE is basic first aid for any injury. It has been created to minimize damage to the area and speed the recovery process. Rest from aggravating activity that causes you pain and prevents the swelling from going down. Change the type of activity that you do to a non-weight bearing activity such as swimming or cycling to maintain your fitness levels. Apply ice to ease the pain and initially constrict the blood flow to the area to reduce further injury. Compress the area by putting on a support bandage to reduce injury to the area. Hi, I’m currently a freshman in high school, and I have never competed in a school sport before. However, since I realized that I do not get enough exercise, and that varsity sports look good on a college app, I should try out for the team next year. Because I’m pretty good at badminton, I think tennis would be a good fit for me. I know most of the rules from watching TV, but when I play, I ricochet the ball this way and that every now and then. What would you recommend that I do this summer so that I might be able to make varsity tennis next year? Any tips are appreciated.
I was getting off the bus today and it was raining very bad. The steps are plastic and were wet, as I was stepping down, I slipped and fell on my elbow. My elbow immediately started to bleed uncontrollably. My whole right arm looked like a scene from "Saw" by the time I got home. I washed it up, applied some Neosporin, and put a band-aid on it. I really wanted to go to the swimming pool since it first opened. But I can’t, I know delicate things like this take time, but I just need a crude timeframe of when it might heal. Thanks in advance for all your help… By the way, it looks like a chunk of skin was torn off when I looked at it. My friend described it as, "a hole in my elbow…"
I can still use it. I can’t bend it too much before it starts to hurt (I think that’s because of the band-aid). I’ll take it off and see how my arm does. I’m sure it’s not broken, or else I’d be in excruciating pain.

Okay, to put it simply, I accidentally poked my thumb on the side with a pocket knife, and now it is very sore and every once in a while, I get what I can only describe as a "thread of pain" going from the poke, to the tip of my thumb, and then a few inches above my elbow joint on the inner part of my arm. I didn’t even poke it a millimeter and there was barely a drop of blood. Can somebody please tell me what the hell is going on with my arm?
Actually, I had a tetanus shot 3 years ago,so I am okay for that. However, ever since I poked myself, I have had a shortness of breath and constant cough. Don’t really think they have anything relating to eachother though.
I have this exercise machine where you lay on your back on a sliding mat. one end is levitated and one end is on the ground. on the levitated end there’s 2 wires with handles on them. the object of it is to slide the mat up to the levitated end by pulling on the 2 handles. But there’s one problem, after i do around 20 my right elbow muscle starts to hurt whenever i bend it. It feels like the muscle locks up then slowly goes back to normal. Its in the same area that tennis elbow pain occurs but i only get it when i bend my elbow when exercising. and afterward for about 5 minutes when i flex. its only my right arm. Any ideas? o.o I’m lost.
Right arm is dominant by the way.
Between my wrist and my elbow, my arm will sometimes be very sensitive. It’s not red, there’s no rash, but it’s really bothersome to wear clothing or have anything touching my arm, it’s so sensitive and sore in that one area. It goes away after a day or two, but what is this?

I need to work on the speed of my serve, I usually hit a kick that probably goes anywhere from 40-60mph and it lands in nearly 80% of the time. My accuracy isn’t where I’d like it to be either. My winners are usually of the mark by a couple inches and not as fast as I’d like to them. Got pretty decent court speed but it could always be better. I use the Cortex AeroPro Drive from Babolat currently but will probably have the GT within the week.
Any drills or exercises I could do to improve any aspect of my game would be helpful, especially if I could do them without a partner. Also any literature or videos you know that might help me would be appreciated too.
Thanks ![]()
Also any recommendations on strings for when I get the GT

Can someone help me understand how to work this problem? I need help.
For my whole life I’ve kind of had a bigger belly but the rest of my body is skinny. my thighs look skinny but theres fat in between the legs near the torso..last year I didn’t exercise much and there was obviously no improvement…this year I made the tennis team and im running around everyday drinking a lot of water and eating healthier, but I still dont see any improvement in my stomach area or my thighs…however im losing weight, but im not losing fat. I am wondering why nothing has improved my belly or thighs, and I’m sick of it. Tight shirts don’t look good on me from elbow down, kind of like a big muffin top…so I never can wear them. I was wondering why im not losing any weight in those areas, and if theres anything specific i should do to make me get my "dream body" i want to wear a bikini this summer! haha. I’m skinny but my stomach wont seem to go away and I HATE it.
I’m the perfect weight for my age and height, it’s just my stomach wont go away neither will the little fat near the thigh area. my stomach down doesnt seem to tone, and im so much healthier now, help? I can only see progress in my weight, but my weight is fine so im trying to focus more on how to lose the fat…which is not working
