Hi guys,
I am having a little bit of problem with my macbook. The story is, I downloaded a game called tennis elbow a month ago. It has a trial period of 14 days, when the trial expired, I deleted the game and all its related files (i am sure about this cuz they’re all in the same folder). I redownloaded it from Safari and launched it, it says my trial version is over. So I assumed that the computer remembered that I have downloaded the game and does not let me play it anymore.

the questions is: How can I erase the record or whatever that stores the information that i’ve downloaded the game before??

Okay I have a bunch of uniform shirts and they go down to my knees, and the sleeves are at my elbows. I have three days until it is time to wear them, how do I get them to shrink FAST?? (They are all %100 percent cotton, but not the soft cotton like your favorite shirt, but stiff, icky cotton.) Other than putting them through the washer?

HELP!
No, I am going to wash them, I was just wondering if there were any other tips that people had instead of washing the shirts. I already know that washing them on high heat will shrink them, just looking for anything else!

My father recently has experienced pain in his elbow. He says that there is pain at the meeting joints of the humerus and radius. He says it only hurts in the muscle; his skin is fine. He does not know whether his bone is damaged or not however. He says he may be experiencing tennis or golf elbow. Nevertheless, I would like to make sure. Finally, are there any cures or homemade remedies? He wants to see a doctor but is lacking the money. Is there anything that can lessen the pain or cure it? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I hit my elbow and it cracked and i don’t know if its broken or not and the symptoms are bruise swollen hard to move and really sore! Should I see a doctor?

I hit my elbow really hard off a wall by accident, and after i did it i almost fainted. It hurts really bad (without moving it) and everytime i try to move it it like squeaks, and the whole bottom half of my arm is numb.

The nurse had to reposition the needle. I have had quite a bit of bruising on the lower inside of my elbow, which showed up ~1-2 days later, and significant soreness in my upper arm, particularly when I flex or extend. Blood was drawn from my dominant arm, so I assume some persistent soreness is due to use, but it has been a week and the soreness has not improved. I’m wondering if (when?) I should be worried.

Sounds weird? But i really need help. I have a tone-skin and my problem is my elbow. It’s not that much black but i want it to be fair with my skin. Any tips will be appreciated.

I feel tension when I do the hundred and a few other exercise but afterward I am not sore. The only exercise that makes me sore is the modified crunch where you touch your elbows to knees. Also do those ab exercises where your just leaning or stretching or pulling your knees towards you really work?

I’ve hit 37 weeks and my joints are starting to separate in preparation for the birth. Great for my pelvis but not so much for the rest of me! I feel about 80 years old — my knees creak when I walk, my elbows are in agony when I bend them, my finger joints hurt so much I can hardly squeeze things and in general I’m sore!

I know that it is normal, I’m not concerned about it being something unusual. I’m just wondering if anyone has any remedies (old wives tales welcome!) for easing some of the aches and pains? Have googled it and read through all of the regular pregnancy websites and am coming up with nothing.

Any suggestions or anyone want to share what worked for them?

Alright so about 2 months ago i noticed while i was laying on my couch with my arm extended up every time i flex the arm it makes about 7-8 quick cracking sounds. I have played baseball all of my life and recently started pitching. I went to the dct. and they told me it was fine and normal if i had no pain, now that im at college i have had constant elbow pain especially in the mornings. I will wake up to a stiff arm sore elbow and i need to work it into the day. Im not sure if it is normal and can be healed with rest or if i have a true problem here.

I always scrub them in the shower with shower gel and a loofa, and i use plenty of lotion. I’ve even tried vaseline lately. They’re not dry or dirty, but they always look that way. How can i get my elbows to look lighter and more clean?

I’m looking to buy a pair of tennis shoes or really just a good pair of casual shoes to wear around a college campus. I already have a pair of running shoes, which I use for exercising. I suppose I’m just looking for something a little less athletic looking, if that makes any sense. Thanks for your help.

I am currently being treated at the chiropractor, using heat and massage and stretching exercises for the muscles, but I still feel the pulling lightly, but it is better than it first was. I want it to heal and I took a break from exercise or lifting or anything taht would involve pressure to that area, but I do have to work and do normal things like typing, writing, opening doors, etc. Will this heal as I do not want it to permanently be this way? Thanks!
Also, how long does it take to heal fully? Is it unusual that I’ve had this about 3 weeks already?

I am a 14 year old lefty and pitch for my travel team, but when I throw, a little portion of my inner elbow muscle aches and makes my arm feel like jello. I have iced, headed, and used bengay on it to try and ease the pain, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Does anybody have any ideas or solutions?

There’s a tennis court across the street from me and people look like they are having fun and getting exercise (both of which I need). How do I pick out a good tennis racket but I don’t want to spend too much, either. Remember, this is just fun for me.

This is the second time ive dislocated my bo’

its been about a month and im done with the streches.
i do curls with a 20 lb weight to get the strenght back
but when i try to do a push up i still feel a lilttle pain
not alot. i can do them but i need it back to 100%.

so is there anything i can do other than curls and push ups to get the strenght back in my elbow??

I go hit in my lower left jaw by and elbow and it is sore in my upper right joint. It is only sore when i apply pressure to my upper jaw . what could it be and when will the pain go away

One dr. said cellulitis and another was stumped. What condition moves away from the heart like this? It’s red and sore, tender to the touch and a little warm. Do you think it will work its way out once it gets to my fingertip?

i am 14 and i am on a softball team i resize after a couple of throws the inside of my elbow hurts really bad like someone opened it then squeezed the mussel then ripped it then put it back and it really hurts when i throw hard but when i throw soft it still hurts just not as bad so please help me
COULD THIS BE LIKE A TORN TENDON OR LIKE A STRAINED MUSSEL PLEASE HELP !

I know how to throw a fastball, for seam and two seam, and a change up. What are some other trick pitches I can throw, and not have to worry about hurting my elbow later on. Can you also tell me how to grip them.

I’ve been playing tennis a bit recently and I’m starting to feel pain in my forearm/elbow region. It hurts to do anything with my arm.

How can I treat this?
And is it okay for me to practice backhands, since the pain is in the right arm (I use the right arm for forehands)?

Also, why did I get this? Is it natural? Am I doing my strokes wrong?

I woke up this morning to find that my elbows, knees, ankles, and fingers are all really sore. They hurt almost every time I move them. I am 13 years old and I have never had a problem like this before. Everything was fine yesterday, but not today. Does anyone know what might be the problem?

I slipped on a slippery floor at work this past weekend and hit my elbow. I went to the hospital and ended up getting 5 stitches. they took x-rays but they said its not broken. However, its 5 days later and extremely swollen still and black and blue. It’s been at a 90 degree angle for the past few days, i’ve tried to move it such as extend and bend it more but i can’t and it is so painful. I also was comparing it to my other elbow and if i feel my hurt elbow, there is a piece that moves. What should i do? Could that piece just be fluid?
