Ok well I was diagnosed by my pediatrician a year ago that I had Medial Epicondylitis, or elbow tendinitis. I am only 13, and symptoms happened after I pitched in a baseball game. So I went to the doctor and he diagnosed me. Now it’s about 12-13 months later and im back to playing baseball. My elbow has been bothering me the whole year. It is my inner elbow by the way. I can throw, without harm, but after a while, I’d say after 15 throws, I feel the pain in my inner elbow again. I cannot pitch, my elbow feels really delicate and uncomfortable compared to my left elbow.
I have been doing physical exercises like pushups arm curls occasionally, and some Advil, and Aleve. Nothing really works, so I am kind of scared that I might need surgery for it. Is it risky? Like will I ever be able to play baseball again?
I do have mild pain when I make a muscle too.

Hello all,
I do simple exercises a couple of hours before I go to bed in my room. I want to get muscle, but I am fine with being patient and waiting for me to get strength, that is why I only do one rep. Anyway, I do push ups, arm curls, crunches, and sit ups. But I don’t know how to strengthen the muscles that run along my arm between my wrist and elbow. Any ideas?

I have started working out seriously and have been doing it for about 2-3 weeks, mostly upperbody.
Now, I have noticed, especially now, that after I workout, the parts of body arent often sore EXCEPT for the inside of my elbow like right on the joint. I dont know why this is? Maybe when I do my arm curls I am using this more than my bicep?
Also, maybe totally unrelated, my arms do not extend fully. Like from that same joint, they only can "stretch" so far and never to a full straight line.
