im a pitcher for my baseball team and my elbows been hurting even before throwing at my practise on tuesday but still today it hurts and whenevery i move my elbow forward such as bicep curls ( i didint do those but thats the motion) how can i fix this and prevent it?

Last, year I played catcher and pitcher on my baseball team and the inside of my elbow began to hurt terribly when i would pitch. I assumed it was just sore from throwing to second base and I finished the season. But, now when baseball started this year my elbow still hurts when I throw more than 15 pitches. I don’t throw curveballs often so I know that’s not the case. Does anyone know he problem or experienced this before?

I was an active pitcher/shortstop on my baseball team, and I had to constantly make a lot of long hard throws every game. Then my arm went, and it started hurting a lot sort of where my funny bone is. I am sure it is a tennis elbow because I have asked my doctor, and he x-rayed my arm and it was fine, and the muscles are fine, and my arm just annoyingly hurts. How do I fix this arm so I can get back to baseball?
I have not played or thrown a ball in 3 months and whenever I try, my arm hurts like hell.
