I hit my elbow and it cracked and i don’t know if its broken or not and the symptoms are bruise swollen hard to move and really sore! Should I see a doctor?
My son is 5 yrs old and broke his elbow on Thursday. He had surgery on Friday morning to put pins in the bones. The doctor said he shouldn’t return to school until this Friday, which means I have to stay home with him. I am missing 5 days of work. Does this sound right? I want to go back to work but I am afraid to go against dr.’s advise.
Today, I smashed my elbow REALLY hard on a metal cabinet and ever since all around my elbow is sore, I can’t bear to bend and straighten it, it’s so sore!
What could I have done?
And also, this is a bit weird but my other elbow (that i havent hit at all) has shooting pains every time i bend straighten it?

Well,I broke my elbow about 3 day’s ago,and i’ve been
working out for about 4 week’s now and ive lost about 3 pounds.But i want to keep on excersising without having to use my elbow alot or moving it.The Target where i want to burn the most calories and fat is my stomach.Does anybody have any workout moves that i can do instead of crunches,pushups,situps?

On our hot tub the elbow coming out of the filter is broke. It is made out of pvc. Checked into having it repaired and we have to buy a whole new filter housing and 3 other lines all pregluded together. We don’t wnat to spend several hundred dollars to fix. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we could try.
