Although I’m only 5’3” (on the short side), my weight is pretty much in check – I checked out my BMI and I’m very close to being underweight, but that’s not the problem..

For the last month, I’ve been pretty inactive. I wanted to exercise and be in shape, but I’ve just been really lazy and relaxed quite a bit. My jaw muscle (?) has been hurting recently, and random muscles in my elbows, or thighs or the one connecting my calves to thigh muscles (behind the knee), and my gums in my mouth…

This is bad, right? How do I make myself feel better (exercise releases endorphins?) but without a whole lot of commitment, I don’t want to have to hit the gym for like an hour everyday – I’m just a teenager so I have school and other things to focus on.. I play tennis, but that won’t be regularly possible, if at all, at least for another month. :(

My husband has cardiomyopathy. Is it normal for these symptoms to be related to this disease? Knuckles hurt on feet & hands, hurting wrists, hurting elbows, hurting knees and hurting ankles. So we know it’s a "joint thing". He also complains about his muscles of his calves and thighs hurting…or at least being sore and tender. It takes him a minute to get off the couch. Any advice would be appreciated….Thanks! Amy

I’m a 13 year old boy. I play soccer and tennis competitively and run occasionally during the sport seasons so I am reasonably fit. What sort of exercises can I do to improve my fitness and strength? Exercises for different parts of the body-arms (biceps), legs (thighs and calves), abs etc.

also if their are any soccerplayers ot there tennis has helped alot with my footwork in soccer so if you play soccer try some tennis to anyways im already on a team and practice monday thru friday but im just woundering what additional stuff i can do
