I’ve had tennis elbow for some time now from military training. I’m out of the service now, and have rested my bicep for 8-10 weeks doing physical therapy and all the necessary things, but it’s still just as bad. Please do not recommend medical treatments (i.e. cortisone or resting). My question is if anyone knows of bicep/shoulder workouts that do not put too much strain on my elbows. Curls seem to only worsen them, and shoulder press is out of the question. Any WORKOUT ideas will be greatly appreciated, as not being able to lift weights and only doing cardio has caused me to lose nearly all of my hard earned muscle mass. Thanks in advance.
Correction: I’ve rested my elbows, not just biceps.
its been about a month and im done with the streches.
i do curls with a 20 lb weight to get the strenght back
but when i try to do a push up i still feel a lilttle pain
not alot. i can do them but i need it back to 100%.
so is there anything i can do other than curls and push ups to get the strenght back in my elbow??
offto.net shows the wrist curls–I use 20 lbs palms down and 35 lbs palms up–BUT when my tennis elbow was really bad–that I couldn’t even brush my teeth. I did Tennis Elbow Cure

Whenever I workout (mainly doing curls) the week following, my elbows are killing me & night time is the pits! I think it’s tennis elbow, but I’m not sure. Will this get better with time & is there something I can take to help the problem?
Ok when i played football this year i dislocated my shoulder and got right back up popped it back n and kept playing and now when i lift a backpack that’s too heavy my shoulder pops out and then when i do over head curls even with just 10 pounds my elbow bones click and pop out and it hurts I want to just learn how to fix it because it hurts and its annoying.
