Effective Tennis Elbow Treatment
Was lifting a canoe to put on rack on the wall wiht my dad, it fell nad my hand was caught in it, i heard a pop/snap/crack (i went over with it) , and it hurts like hell. i don’t want to see a docter unless i have to, anyideas on what could be wrong?
Recently I began to have horrible pain in my elbow, i cant really bend it or strength it because of the pain. My dad tried to rub it and helped a little so should i countine that or get something else to work it.
It started around Tuesday, maybe wedsenday.
Alright, so I’m 13 years old (I know my stats says otherwise) and I’m going to turn 14 on the 26 (July). Right now, I am 5’0, but I would like to grow another 5-6 inches. I play tennis, and I go everyday now, to practice more often. If I grow taller it’ll be an advantage for me to win tournaments. My mom is 5’0 and my dad is 5’7. Any exercises that may help me; or anything else?
i hear you can get one at 16 with a parents permisson however my mom would never let me and my dad will listen to her even though im sure he wouldnt mind…its what i want as a birthday present just a small one on my elbow how could i convince her?
The other side of the elbow hurts, when I have it bent for a long time, and when I extend my arm there’s just major pain on that spot. Is there a way to make it recover faster? Its been sore since Yesterday since I went to the gym on Wednesday. Can it be recovered faster without supplements or medicine? My dad who is a bodybuilder tells me to just massage it myself with my hand but is there a better way?
my dad has a tennis elbow or a pain near the elbow. i was wondering when it will go away and what is the best way to get rid of it or treat it????
