Tennis elbow is a condition where the outer part of the elbow becomes sore and tender. It is a condition that is commonly associated with playing tennis and other racquet sports, though the injury can happen to almost anybody. The condition is more formally known as lateral epicondylitis (“inflammation to the outside elbow bone”) . A misnomer as histologic studies have shown no inflamatory process. More accurate diagnostic terms are lateral epicondylosis, or simply lateral elbow pain. – Exploring Hand Therapy – treatment2go bring you the best clinical tips and video courses available. Well somehow my elbow bone is weird, it’s like sticking out and when I play basketball, football, or swim, it hurts on my inner forearm and inner arm. I got it in both arms. I think this happened because I started to workout and did several push ups a day. I’m not really sure what I have but I think it might be Tendinitis. I’ve had this for months now, and I want to workout again but every time I lift something heavy it hurts. I went to the doctor and she told me my tendons were messed up and I had to take Advil and rest until I recover. Is there any other thing I could do to help my elbow? Like some exercises or any equipment that could help support my bone? Thanks in advance.

I had my first tennis practice 2 days ago (joining school’s team). Now my inner arm hurts. It’s like, when I touch my elbow bone and like the tendons on it, it hurts. I’ve only had one practice, and I’ve already gotten hurt. What a surprise.
Anyway, do I have tennis elbow? How many days will it take to heal? My next practice is this monday, but it’s optional so I don’t have to go. What should I do to get rid of the pain and the injury in general? Please help.
and the muscles in my forearm hurt. it’s the inner part, when you face your palm up. BTW, I play with my right arm and that’s the one that’s hurting. My left is fine, just a tiny bit sore.
