I’m a 13 year old boy. I play soccer and tennis competitively and run occasionally during the sport seasons so I am reasonably fit. What sort of exercises can I do to improve my fitness and strength? Exercises for different parts of the body-arms (biceps), legs (thighs and calves), abs etc.

I am a junior who wants to make the tennis team in the fall (i did not make it last year). Since I had a really hard school year I have not played tennis or exercised in almost a year (terrible i know). What is a good routine for someone who wants to improve their tennis skills over the summer? I cant play any practice matches because I have no one to play with ( no walls either). Also, what are some conditiong excersies could I do to help improve my fitness as well.

I weight train regularly from 2-3 time a week. The injury occurred when I was using of those fitness wheels ( wheel with a handle bar on each side) and on the first rep my right elbow (primary arm) seized up with stiffness and pain. I’m only 22…could my injury be tennis elbow?
Its been about 2 weeks now and the pain come up every now and then during the day, though less severe.
If you were ever active in wrestling its the same pain you get after doing a lot of pulling, from take downs etc. Sharp pain on the inside of the elbow.
Any help from someone with experience in this area would be much appreciated!

i posed this question in diet and fitness as well because i lift weights alot, but i’m also curious if anyone in this forum can help me too. i lift weights 5-6 days a week. afew months ago i must have done something alittle bit off when i was working out, b/c my inner and outer elbow started bothering me. it’s just gotten worse. my doc gave me a steroid shot that helped temporarily, however he said i would need surgery to correct it permanently. i’m wondering if anyone has advice or experience with this, maybe physical therapy? please help, sorry so long!
