I went to the gym and worked out my lower back and i guess back in general, i can definitely feel it in my back, but i also feel extremely sore around my biceps (closer to the inside of my elbow) to were it is quite discomforting to extend my arm. Did i work out wrong… or is this normal?
its not my elbow itself… i definetly can tell its in my muscles … i guess i should of said proximal to my elbow (not the elbow itself)
ok, i DO feel it in my Lats, just more yesterday than today… so i guess my form was ok, but i’m sure it could be better. I’m not used to using weights in my work out rutiens so i might have overcompinsated with my arms. but i tried to make sure i was tightning my back muscles as i did my "wide grip Lat pulldowns" and "One-Arm Dumbbell Rows" thanks for your answers. i’ll keep this in mind

I guess I have 2 parts to my question.
1. I have just started playing golf for the first time. I am 26 years old. I have been taking tips from my friends who have been playing since they where kids. I after about a week or so, my left forearm, wrist and back started to get sore (I’m right-handed). There is actually a light sharp pain in my left elbow joint when I try to fully extend my left arm. Does this mean my swing form is incorrect?
2. I can officially admit that I love this game and I am addicted to it. I just played my first 9 holes and I love the game even more. However, after about 4 weeks of playing my left forearm and wrist remains sore. I know I should stop and let it heal, but I always hear practicing everyday will improve your game. I should mention that I am not hitting over 100 balls everytime I visit the driving range. The most I would do is about 50. Is it good to practice your swing when your sore?

About a year ago,i started experiencing pain in my right elbow.i have worked out for years,so I thought it may have been a strain,or even "tennis elbow" or something along those lines.I stopped lifting for awhile, but after a month or two,the pain appeared in my left elbow as well.About 6 months ago,the pain spread to my shoulders and chest/collarbone area.Any kind of pushing motion brings excruciating pain in the chest/shoulder area.My elbows don’t hurt to bend,or to lift things, but when extended,or when carrying things they ache bad.about a week ago the back of my right hand went numb, and hasn’t gotten better.I wake up several times a night and whatever side I’m on is asleep or in pain. I’m tired ALL the time,no matter how much rest I get.I have seen my physician, she ran a full blood test and after nothing was found, referred me to a rhuematiod arthritis specialist, whom I will see in a week-but all the research I’ve done doesn’t seem to match the symptoms of arthritis.Any ideas?

I have a dr’s appt on tuesday, and I’m not using this for medical advice, but the last couple weeks I’ve had problems with both my hands going numb, and it’s hard to “wake them up”. Also, my right arm is KILLING me. The elbow area and upper arm area.
IDK what it is, it could be a pinched nerve, it could be carpal tunnel, it could be tennis elbow. I guess i’ll find out tuesday, but the only way I can describe the pain in my right arm is…sciatica on both sides of my arm, into my pinky & thumb. anyone else have these symptoms?
I’m wondering if i’ll have to see a specialist, i’m just in a ton of pain, so i’m going to stop typing & ice my elbow.
Thanks in advance!
