Hello all,
I do simple exercises a couple of hours before I go to bed in my room. I want to get muscle, but I am fine with being patient and waiting for me to get strength, that is why I only do one rep. Anyway, I do push ups, arm curls, crunches, and sit ups. But I don’t know how to strengthen the muscles that run along my arm between my wrist and elbow. Any ideas?

Well,I broke my elbow about 3 day’s ago,and i’ve been
working out for about 4 week’s now and ive lost about 3 pounds.But i want to keep on excersising without having to use my elbow alot or moving it.The Target where i want to burn the most calories and fat is my stomach.Does anybody have any workout moves that i can do instead of crunches,pushups,situps?

Hello all. My husband slipped on the ice on March 8 and landed with all of his weight on his right elbow on the cement. After that his shoulder was a little stiff. Well, it’s two months later and his shoulder has gotten a lot worse! He can barely move it and our doctor can’t see him until sometime at the end of next month. What can we do? I suspect he may have somehow "jammed" his shoulder. Will the doctor do an MRI?
Has this ever happened to anyone before? What can we do in the meantime?
