most importanty, I hope LeBron James can get his first ring this year and do it in his hometowan state of Ohio, do you think the Cavaliers still have a chance to beat the Celtics? If they do get past the Celtics, can they beat the Magic this time? Are they better this year than the past few years?

I’m need help describing the feelings and actions of someone who has just tripped. I have no idea why I’m struggling with this. Any words describing what she feels pain wise and her actions after she falls with be greatly appreciated. I won’t steal what you write( I’ve seen some people write out examples/scenes), I’m just get ideas from it.

The inside of my arm/elbow is so sore when I touch it it hurts right where the vein is. I can’t remember the last time I had a shot taken there. I think about a year ago I had blood taken but that’s all. Could it be a blood clot or something? It is not swollen or anything though. Thank you for your time.

so my sister and i always go to this sushi bar. we go so much that even the owner knows us by name. however, the last time we went there was a new waiter and he was really rude from start to finish. when i walked in he pointed to me and asked how many when i said two he shook his head and rudely said NOT YOU!
then when we were ordering we started listing the things we wanted and i guess we were going too fast because he was like STOP STOP YOU< STOP NOW. then when he was passing our table he hit me with his elbow by "accident". when we asked for the check(by this time he had no tables) he took forever to bring our check. my sister wanted to tip him atleast 20% but i told her to wait in the car and that i would pay. i tipped him {content}.00. my question now is that what would you have done, and if i go back would it look bad?

Well, about this time last year I was told I had stage II embroynal carcinoma. They my right ‘one’, but it still showed signs of intrusion… so I had to go through a few cycles of Chemo.

Its been a couple months and everything’s looking good, but the last few days–couple weeks?–my elbow and shoulder have been tight and sore, and today i found a marble sized, painful mass a couple inches up from my elbow.

I mean, last time I expected nothing, I got something else…

have had bad lower back pain for about a year now and the doc has done xrays and urine tests and says nothing out of line? I ALSO have Tennis elbow, which really hurts! Have been on Vicodin 2/day, sometimes I need 3 or 4 and then i have to suffer other days because I am short on my script. I usually get them refilled every month with just a phone call. Now after a few months not seeing him, he wants a physical before he fills anymore. When I see him, should i tell him I need more than 2/day? Last time I seen him, he refered me to pysical therapy, but I cant afford that and dont have the time during the week to go. I recently got a script for vicoprofen from my dentist due to an abcess tooth and when the tooth problem was gone, i utilized the extras to help with my back. BTW- would that be considered doctor shopping? cuz i have two scripts.. ALSO does anyone know what physical therapy costs, because my insurance dont cover it.

I have a freind whom is a massage therapist and gives me massages once a month to help, but that is temporary.
I have been exercising/strength training both my back and elbow, but my job consist of manual labor and I need to work. The vics are what keep me working without pain.
Also what if he insist on therapy?
What do you think he will do for me?
Up my script, or cut me off, or refer me elsewhere. NOTE this is my lifelong reg. DO.
How long does a general doc keep prescribing narcotics. Some that replied state that they took for year and a half for back pain..How long till its normal to up the dosage. Ive been on 7mg for about 7mos or so.
