I am having a little bit of problem with my macbook. The story is, I downloaded a game called tennis elbow a month ago. It has a trial period of 14 days, when the trial expired, I deleted the game and all its related files (i am sure about this cuz they’re all in the same folder). I redownloaded it from Safari and launched it, it says my trial version is over. So I assumed that the computer remembered that I have downloaded the game and does not let me play it anymore.

the questions is: How can I erase the record or whatever that stores the information that i’ve downloaded the game before??

i’m 19 i played a year of college tennis and currently i’m coaching for high school. On saturdays we (me and the head coach) open the courts and let the kids play sets and have a practice that is pretty much only fun and not so much work so the kids can really learn to love the sport. anyways i woke up at 7 today and started hitting at 8 with my little brother then i went and rallied with a few other groups so i could help them out a little bit. I then played one of the high school kids in singles and i played pretty hard and i felt great. Then i took about a 10 minute rest and had some gatorade then another one of the kids wanted to play me in a set and even though i was a little tired i agreed. We played and played and it was much closer than it should have been. the whole time my legs started hurting and i have never been that slow in a match before. i finished the set around 12:40 then i went home, showered, then napped for a few hours. Now my knees are hurting in the joints and they have never hurt like this before. my elbow also hurts in the joint but it has been hurt a few times.
why do i hurt like this?
i played on hard court
i use nsix one 90 (this is why my elbow hurts i am pretty sure)
the weather was perfect probably about 70 or 80 degrees fereinheit
i wasn’t running more than usual and i stretched well before.
i hit with luxilon.

I was walking down the front steps(dreaming), I slipped and hit the floor with my back. (thankfully, I didn’t hit the steps)

My right arm took most of the impact. The wrist hurts a little bit, but thats not a big thing, it will go away. BUT the back of my right elbow looks like it has a large tennis ball attached to it. and it hurts bad.

I am not able to stretch my arm more than 150Degrees (people can, upto 180 degrees) or below 40 degrees. My right palm cant touch the right shoulder. Every time I move it closer to the shoulder, it gives me a terrible streak of pain from the tip of my fingers to the neck. Can’t write or type properly, how do you get rid of the pain and swelling?

I can pick up things but not more than 3 books.

middle of the night. and can’t drive right now.
CANT DRIVE with this on my hand. midnight. hospital too far away. maybe in the morning. but not now. Anything for the pain?

trying ice now. pain is still there.
I see the danger with YA now, dont know if medical solutions here are the right thing to do. bloody steps. ah. ouch ouch ouch.

My arm is swollen. My right arm, starting at about my elbow going up halfway into my triceps (upper arm).

I recently started working out really hard. I had a sore triceps 2 days ago. The pain has gone away and I have pretty good mobility with that arm again. Today I noticed my arm starting at about my elbow going up halfway into my triceps (upper arm) was swollen. There was no pain and I wouldn’t have known it was there if I didn’t touch it by accident.

I went to the gym again today and did workouts that didn’t involve stretching or flexing my triceps or upper arm. It has since then become more swollen and is now slightly painful due to the swelling.

The muscle itself doesn’t hurt at all. Neither does the joint or bone anywhere on that arm. The skin is completely normal besides being stretched tight a little bit. That arm is the same temperature to touch as the other.

I’ve researched (Googled) everything I can think and haven’t come up with anything.

If anyone has heard or this or has any idea what it can be please let me know.

Don’t answer with just “Go to the doctor”.

I play baseball, as a pitcher and whenever I throw my elbow hurts a little bit. I am able to pitch, but by the 2nd or 3rd inning my arm is dying. Its like all the energy is leeched out of my elbow. It did the same thing last year, and I did not play baseball for an entire year, but when I got right back to playing it immediatly hurt. I went to the docter but they said nothing apparent was wrong with it. How can this be if I can feel it and it’s affecting my game. What is wrong with it?

I feel on my elbow and it hurts pretty bad. I have some bruising and i can’t stretch it out all the way without it hurting. Also, when i bend it, it hurts. My fingers tingle a little bit and so does my arm every once in a while. I don’t know if i just bruised it or did anything serious. Any suggestions?

They stuck the needle in at the front part of my right elbow. I just noticed my muscle just above my elbow feels a little bit sore/tight. Is this normal?

Three weeks ago my lower back felt sore and bruised and my ankles were sore and one swelled up a little bit. The following week I felt stiff and sore but nothing too bad and no swelling. This week it hurts to walk because my ankles and feet are so sore, along with my knees ankles, elbows, hands and fingers. One knuckle is red, swollen, and sore on my right hand, and on my left foot one toe is swollen and hurts terribly to walk. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!
oh and I do not work out or play sports of any kind, I have had no serious physical injuries ever.

i was playing football and fell on my elbow. it was pretty sore for a few days, but now its better. but if i use a lot of force or am active with it, the pain returns a little bit. What is wrong? also i hope i didn’t break a growth plate. How do you tell?
well i dont think i fractured anything because with 2 or 3 days i could work out and resume normal activity. once in a while i feel a little bit of pain there though. but barely.

okay, i have blonde curly hair about down to my elbows and dark blue eyes. i like to read and write, and want to be a journalist. i have straight A’s in advanced classes. i’m a little bit shy around people i dont know, but once i get to know them i pretty talkative. i play the guitar and have for about a year and a 1/2. i like to sing and act. i have a good sense of humor, but im sarcastic a lot. i have a hard time trusting people at first, but once i do, i am completely loyal. i stick up for my friends even when noone else will. im not popular, and have no desire to be, im fine with the friends i have. i have a rather large circle of friends, consisting mostly of band geeks, chorus freaks, and drama nerds. i am or have been all of these at one point. i design and sew my own outfits most of the time. i like to play tennis, volleyball, and swim. do you like girls like this or not?

My elbow starting to hurt a little bit/feel kinda sore last night. Usually, I can just "crack" my elbow (straighten all the way), and it’d feel better, but that didn’t work this time. When I woke up this morning and tried straightening my arm, I get a sharp pain "under" or below the elbow joint, mostly on the inside/center of my arm, rather than the outside. It’s also feels sore and hurts to touch.

Could it be from playing violin so much? And how do I relieve some of the pain?

All my joints crack, and I know there’s nothing wrong with that.. But, After I carry something heavy; my elbow kind of pops/like dislocates a little bit. It hurts, and it happens often. If I’m carrying my books or anything. A lot of the time it’s stiff, and it kind of feels like what I think arthritis might feel like.

I told my mom, since it’s been happening for a while, and she’s like it’s just tennis elbow. But I barely have any symptoms of that. It’s not bruised or swollen or anything.. I get sharp pains in it sometimes.. even if I’m doing nothing.

It was especially sore during softball.. which I’m sure may have been the cause..

But what can this be?

I have read about Tennis Elbow Pain and Golfer’s Elbow Pain, but I’m not sure of the causes compared to what I have.

I woke up the other morning and it felt like a nerve was caught between two bones in my elbow. I didn’t feel anything until I pulled my arm in. It felt like a nerve was caught between two bones and that they were squeezing it as they moved. I gently bent my arm back and forth, twisting my hand at the same time, thinking that I could get the nerve away from between the two bones.

Well, it worked a little bit, but I still had a slight pain throughout the day whenever I bent my arm. By the end of the day, the pain was "gone" and I had forgotten all about it. But when I woke up this morning, I had the same exact feeling in my arm and it has lasted all day, not as bad as when I woke up, but…

I work in the office and do very little manual labor, so I didn’t break a bone or anything. Does anyone have an explanation of this and some pointers on how I can get this to go away?

What would be the best way to have my tennis elbow be a little bit better for a tournament tomorrow (Jul 20-23)? I’m considering icing it and rubbing it with some muscle relief. Quick and precise answers are appreciated.

And also, when im actually playing, how could i try and "calm down" my tennis elbow when it "acts up" again?
Bree-lol you were right bout my backhand grip. it was wrong (i partially had my hand not on the grip itself like two fingers) and my coach corrected it yesterday lol
